Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Sales Specialist to join our team to boost our company’s sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate with clients effectively, have a considerable technical background under IT infrastructure and security, and possess strong communication and presentation skills to support business development activities with potential clients among various sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with all departments such as Cybersecurity, Networking, and Engineering teams to ensure the success of the company's sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuous reporting on sales progress, trends, and opportunities to Divisional heads and Senior management.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to generate new opportunities/ leads.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Information Technology and Services and products in the industry covering the domains of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
  • Experience in solution selling under above domains.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
